Your gifts to the Lafayette Community Foundation (LCF) provide resources for many years to come, and the value of your gift will live on through the lives it enriches. Donors may direct their gift to support general fields of interest (education, arts, library,open spaces); specific groups (youth, seniors); or specific Lafayette nonprofit institutions (schools or named organization). If you have questions about your donation, please contact us.

LCF welcomes gifts and bequests of any size and offers donors a wide variety of funds to meet their charitable goals, including:

Donor Advised Funds which allow donors to recommend grants to be made from their fund
Designated Funds established by donors to support specific organizations
Corporate Funds established by businesses and corporations to manage their philanthropy
Organizational Funds established by nonprofit organizations to increase their financial sustainability
Testamentary Funds established by donors to receive gifts from their estates and carry on their charitable goals

Unrestricted gifts allow resources to be applied wherever needed most. If you prefer, the Foundation Board would be pleased to work with you to determine how your gift will be used. Gifts may be made with many kinds of assets. In addition to cash and readily traded stock, we can assist you with gifts of these assets:
